Information you choose to send

When you use the project inquiry form, request a free resource, or contact A List Creative Company by email, you may provide your name, email address, business or project name, project details, timeline, budget range, or the kind of document you are working on. This information is used to deliver the requested resource, review and respond to your inquiry, and, if you choose to work together, communicate about that project. Requesting one resource does not automatically enroll you in an unrelated mailing list.

Website operations and service providers

Hostinger hosts this website and provides the email service used to deliver resource links and project inquiries. Hostinger may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and security logs. The site also requests font files from Google Fonts, which may receive technical request information under Google's own privacy practices. A List Creative Company does not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use advertising cookies or a visitor analytics service. Essential server functions may use short-lived technical data when a form is submitted. If analytics, advertising, scheduling, payment, newsletter, or other tracking tools are added, this notice will be updated before those tools are treated as part of the normal site experience.

How long information is kept

Inquiry information may be retained while a project is being considered or completed and afterward when reasonably needed for business records, follow-up, legal obligations, or dispute prevention. You can ask for your inquiry information to be corrected or deleted, subject to legitimate recordkeeping needs.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party storefronts and services, including Amazon, Etsy, and Printify. When you follow those links, the third party's privacy notice and terms apply to your activity there.

Information security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information handled through the site and business email. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security, so please do not submit sensitive personal, financial, health, or identity-document information through the inquiry forms.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults seeking creative services or resources and is not directed to children under 13. A List Creative Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
